Bullet Crossfire 1800RB Tire Speed Rating

I just bought this camper, but I have not taken delivery yet:

At that link, RVTrader has pulled information from the manufacturer and lists the Tire Speed Rating as "D", which is "up to 40 mph".

Speed Rating Maximum Speed
B Up to 31 mph
C Up to 37 mph
D Up to 40 mph
E Up to 43 mph
F Up to 50 mph
G Up to 56 mph
J Up to 62 mph
K Up to 68 mph
L Up to 75 mph
M Up to 81 mph
N Up to 87 mph
P Up to 93 mph
Q Up to 100 mph
R Up to 106 mph
S Up to 112 mph
T Up to 118 mph
U Up to 124 mph
H Up to 130 mph
V Up to 149 mph
W Up to 168 mph
Y Up to 186 mph
Z 149 mph and over

I believe this is in error, and that the "D" is actually the load rating, which would make the load per tire just over 2000 pounds.

Does anybody with a Bullet have some feedback?

There will be no 40 mph tires on any camper. I think the lowest will be 62 or 68 mph. The small single axle trailer will likely have either 14" or 15" D load rating tires. If I owned a single axle trailer I would consider a couple premium brand tires and lose the originals anyway. I take peace of mind having good tires on my camper. The ones they install from the factory are noted as less than reliable or safe.

The link says the tires are 225/75R15D. Load range is D. The speed rating is going to be an error where they just filled in the box with "something". If those tires have not been replaced (18 model) I would definitely put quality new tires on the top of the list - 3 of them. Carlisle Radial Trail HD is a good quality tire that I have used and would recommend.

IMO the only speed letters applicable to RV trailers are G - J - K - L - M & N.

Notice that there is no speed letter for 65 MPH.
