Batteries not charging when plugged in

Hi I have a 2015 hideout and when I plug it in I can run the AC and microwave but my batteries won't charge. I had my batteries tested today and they're just fine. We pulled all fuses and couldn't find any loose wires. Any help would be appreciated!!!!! Thank you

Do you have a battery disconnect switch? If so make sure it is turn on.

I recently had the same problem with my 2008 Everest, and it turned out to be the converter. You should be able to remove it and have it tested at an RV service center. It should be close to or behind your fuse panel. Mine was under the kitchen sink.

I'd start with the battery disconnect. They do go bad also. You may want to not only make sure it is on but also that it has continuity. It's easier to pull than the converter. Eliminate it first. Good luck and welcome to the forum from Kansas City, MO!

Yes, double check the disconnect. Mine went haywire and I lost 12v. Switch seemed fine but pulled it out and put a meter on it and it failed to turn on about 1/2 the time. Tractor Supply had a near exact replacement.

Check that the circuit breaker marked CON/RECEPT is on. Your converter may simply be turned off.
