New to RV'ing

We just made a deal on a 2006 Keystone Cougar 2455. Our TV is a 2005 Dodge Ram 2500 Crew Cab long bed with gooseneck hitch. My husband has me researching which adapter to buy. I'm comparing Andersen Ultimate Adapter AM3225 to a Pop Up Straight 5th Wheel Adapter. Any ideas, comments would be appreciated!!

If you already have a gooseneck ball, I would get this one:

The advantages compared to conventional hitches are obvious.
Desert185 🇺🇸 (Retired Chemtrail vendor)
-Ram 2500 QC, LB, 4x4, Cummins HO/exhaust brake, 6-speed stick.
-Andersen Ultimate 24K 5er Hitch.
-2014 Cougar 326SRX, Maxxis tires w/TPMS, wet bolts, two 6v batts.
-Four Wheel 8' Popup Camper.
