Our 327 is two years old and no major problems. Improvements that could be made would be spare tire winch under trailer and longer awning. I'm working on the spare tire location now. One of the best floor plans that we found.

Welcome to the forums. There is a lot of 327 owners on here, we've had ours for a little over a year and love it. My complaints are the same as everyone else's, a bigger awning, spare tire underneath, but we love the layout. Happy Camping, Sam

Welcome Fred from here also. We just traded off a 327 and loved it also, but wife wanted a larger refer and more storage. Never had a problem at all and used it alot. Yes like everyone else, the awning could have been longer, and we added a storage cabinet in the bathroom and slide toppers. Have fun with the new unit and Happy Campin.............Ron
