Hello! My husband and I have a 2020 Keystone Outback 330RL that we purchased last year. Exactly 1 year to the delivery date, our fridge stopped working. We have watched every YouTube we could find. We have checked all the fuses inside the rig and behind the unit. We even tried the reset button. There is power to the unit but the interior light does not come on, there is power on AC nor on Propane. Any other suggestions?

Any and all help is appreciates. We purchased our rig in NC and are currently in CO.

Welcome to the forum :wlcm:

Your fridge requires 12VDC to the control board to do anything. Go to the outside and open the lower access panel. Then look for the control board on the lower left side. If you remove the cover there are fuses there that need to be checked.

Thank you. I already checked all 3 fuses in the back and replaced the circuit board thinking it was the problem. No luck.

Ok. Next is the “eye brow”. Make sure it’s plugged in at the board and the top panel. It has a board the is replaceable.

The refrigerator in your trailer is covered by the Dometic warranty for either 2 years or, with a dealer inspection at the 24th month, it's covered for 3 years. All your troubleshooting should be covered by Dometic. If you start "digging into control boards, realigning gas control valves and disassesmbling the eyebrow, you may void your warranty...

Dometic will pay for warranty repairs through any of their authorized service centers, so you are not restricted to the dealership. Look at your refrigerator owner's manual and you'll find a list of repair centers in your area.

Don't void your warranty by doing too much "self disassembly"....
