Just bought a 2015 Keystone Bullet Ultralite 269RLS. The water pump switch doesn’t feel like it’s an actual switch. It just moves freely in the on and off position but doesn’t click and doesn’t stay one way or the other. Does it not have a water pump and supposed to be like this or is the switch broken? I also noticed the light switch on the front outside of the camper at the battery box does the exact same thing.

Hi, Sounds like it is broken. It should "click" and stay in the position selected. When you manually hold the switch in the "ON" position do you hear the pump working?

Sounds like a bad switch. They are "friction mounted" so if you pull the panel, you will see a couple of "prongs" on the ends of the switch. Remove the wire connectors from the switch (make sure you note which one goes where) and secure the wires so they don't fall back into the wall panel where you'll almost disassemble the trailer to get to them, and remove the switch. Any RV parts department, Amazon or EBay will have a replacement in the correct color. Replace the switch and you should be "good to go"... and Yes, your 2015 Keystone was built with a water pump.
