We have just purchased an avalanche 300re. We canot get the cable tv to work in living room. Works fine in bedroom there are three difference coax plugs behind tv, which one should you use? Or if you have any other ideas of why it won't work

Welcome to the forum!!
We don't sell Avalanche's but here's an educated guess:

If the tv in the living room has 3 coax plugs, are 2 on one plate, and another on a plate by itself? If so the single coax out is most likely the one you want to use. The "double" coax plate is for satellite I believe. Obvious question- is there a coax on the tv?

When your trying to watch tv using park cable, you need to locate the signal booster and turn it OFF. It can be either at one of the plates where the coax hooks up, or in the case of a Jack king, it can be at the antenna aiming on the ceiling.

This is how our Avalanche was wired from the factory. Might be of help. We had a satellite connection to the outside, a direct connection to the bedroom, and a split off the antenna.
