You most likely only have 1 black and 1 gray and they should be tank 1 on the panel.

We have more buttons than tanks on this camper and it was the same on our previous campers. Black 1 and Grey 1 are the primary tanks for the bathroom. We also have Grey 2 for the kitchen grey tank.
