RV Life Pro Help....

Is there a section on this site I can ask for help with the trip planning wizard ...... RVLife points me to iRV2 and I don't want to use that site.


It keeps routing me in a way I don't want to go and when I try to use the drag function to get it back on the route I want to take it adds waypoints and miles to the next destination.

I want to be able to tell it point a-b and the route I want to take. My primary reason for buying it is to plan for how long each leg will be each day in order to target next CG's... when it adds waypoint it screws up all the mileage/time calculation on the trip dashboard.... I'm having to open google maps and search the route and destination.... I thought that was what the trip wizard was suppose to do. Kind of defeats the purpose if I have to go through all the hassle to double check their math.... I think I messed it all up when I tried to use the Round Trip Option... it's never worked the same since I pushed that button..... yes, frustrated. I don't want to have to open a whole new trip every time I change a CG destination....Or a new trip for each leg between CG's....

Try adding a stop in a city in the route you want to take. I think you can enter 0 nights in the tool to keep you on that route. I use round trip all the time.

That's a good idea .. I'll play with it tomorrow. Maybe just ad back in the one CG I took out and do the math on the miles and travel time. This function is what I payed for so I would not have to use multiple apps etc.....

Is there not a forum dedicated to assistance with using the trip "wizard"?
