Keystone doesn't stock decals, in fact Keystone doesn't maintain any replacement parts for trailers beyond the current production year. At the end of each model year, they have an auction and anything not being carried forward for use on the next production run is auctioned off to the highest bidder. Around Elkhart, Goshen and nearby towns, you'll find a lot of "RV Salvage" stores. That's where all the "spare parts from Keystone, Forest River, Jayco, Dutchman and Grand Design plants wind up.
So, while not defending Keystone's lack of responding to your request, they aren't going to have what you're looking for and when the contract ended in 2009/2009, they moved on to the next year's decal contracts....
Your best bet for updated decals is to contact a local printing business that also handles vinyl printing. They can take photos of your existing decals (for shape/shading) and print you new decals in any color you might want. You might also do a search on EBay for "RV Decals" There are several "old Keystone decals" (condition unknown) and quite a few "generic RV swoops and swirls" available. You might be able to find something there.
But, as for Keystone, you're going to hit a dead end. Even if the printer they used 20 years ago might still be in business, Keystone likely no longer has a contract with them and even if they did, you'd have to deal with the printer to see if they even still have the layout to reprint them for you. It's much easier and also much less expensive to just run down to the local printer and see who in town does that sort of vinyl printing.
