Yesterday was my AC was pouring into my kitchen. After a quick google search I diagnosed the problem and found myself stripping apart the AC unit to clean the drain pan that was stopped up. It was the first time I felt like a true full timer and I am going to cherish that moment.

Sorry this isn’t a question lol.

That’s great! Your on your way to becoming a full time RV tech. You have reason to be proud.

Derek, I know you faced many challenges over the past year and a half, but overcoming adversity (within reason, of course) only makes us stronger. Your experience this weekend may seem minor to some, but it is truly meaningful. All it takes is one person to remember what you did and use it to solve a similar problem, and your achievement will have a lasting impact. Thank you for sharing!

Yep! It all begins when one finally gets the courage to tackle a problem on their RV all by themselves and their efforts are successful! Next thing you know, you are a certified RVIA mechanic! Good job on your repair. There will be more things happen. Just remember ... YOU CAN DO IT!

I'm glad you were able to find and correct the problem. Whether an RV, vehicle, motorcycle, home etc. - being able to diagnose and correct an issue is fulfilling. With an RV, and living in it, it is doubly fulfilling because being able to do so is more important IMO - and heaven knows they have their share of problems.....and then some.
