NORCOLD refrigerator/freezer error code

I posted this question in the maintenance section last year and got no replies so I'll try again here. We bought a new 390DS which has the NORCOLD N20DCSS side by side with freezer blow. When you open the freezer door and close it you can't reopen it for a long time. Now it gives off an error code E4 which is door open but the doors not open. I checked the switches and they seem to work but the code won't clear. Anyone else have this issue and know

There are three magnets .. two located on the upper door frame and one for the freezer as marked with red squares

I’d look at shimming these to provide more relatable operation of the magnetic reed switch that each magnet operates

If any one of these are not pulling in the reed switch the E4 error will trip and doors will lock for 5 minutes

Thank you. I am somewhat knowledgeable about this and already shimmed the switches. The inside light goes out which suggests they are working. I searched the topic months ago and found several others have had the same problem with this newer 12 volt model and hadn't been able to get it fixed. I've tried 3 RV techs with no results. I was hoping someone may have found a way to reset the darn thing......LOL. I can shut off the alarm and the unit works but the code just blinks constantly.
