2018 Keystone Alpine. The main floor outlets are dead and they work the prior day. The outlet next to the microwave works fine and the microwave outlet works fine. The island outlet works fine.

The two exterior walls with windows have no power.

All the breakers seem fine.

Any ideas?

Do you have an EMS? Have you checked your incoming power? Are you on a 50A shore power connection? Have you checked your main 50A breaker? It is possible that you dropped a leg. The main breaker can trip on one leg separate from the other, and the connecting tab could prevent the handle from moving to a tripped position. After you verify that you have a good incoming power source, I would try cycling each breaker fully off and then back on to ensure that they are operational.

My Alpine has just the one GFI receptacle in the bathroom. Like yours It has a GFI breaker for the remainder of the GFI load. You may have other GFI receptacles. But you do need to go through the steps Rob outlined first.

There was power to the neutral after they line of outlets worked perfectly about a week. So power to white and black wires. Phantom power when grounded. I pulled all the outlets and re-connected them. Nothing... I should have checked the outlet closest to the panel first. I pulled that one and same symptom. I powered up the other 5 from that point and they worked perfectly. The problem was that 3 feet of line from the panel to that outlet.. It didn't blow the breaker... I drilled a 2" hole inside the cabinet and I could see behind the panel... I had someone tug on the line and I could see my wire. I could also see that Keystone Alpine had shot a nail or screw dead center into my Romex. It was smoking and I could smell it. Still it did not blow the breaker. I ran new line through the back of the small cab and two drawers... It works much better.

That mistake probably would have burned down the greater percentage of RV's. Such poor quality.. During my inspection, every screw I saw and removed had not been pre-drilled and it split the wood frame. I pulled the fireplace so I could see the outlet behind it or the unknowed outlet for the stereo - Speaker holes were split at all 4 screws..4 screws holding up the fireplace, splitting the .75X2 frame... Every door frame has split wood, the closet is a disaster as I am sure they put it together with not enough light...

Every outlet hole looked like it was cut by a 2nd grader ... Unbelievable.

I re-glued all that stuff, fixed the electrical problem, cut the water supply for the toilet and put in a better supply tube and not one that did a 90 degree turn at the floor level with a supply line that was 12" too long... It just look bad...

I spent 50 hours and about $450 to get my new condition Keystone Alpine ready to use.. I am still working on it and haven't spent a night in there...

Good that you found the electrical failure. It's happened to several owners where a staple hits a section of Romex.

As for the quality of the build, I don't know of ANY trailer manufacturer the "pre-drills" screw holes. Most use more staples than screws but when using screws it shouldn't split the soft wood they use. If they drive the screw in with excessive force ot too near the edge of the wood then the wood can split.

These trailers are built with speed to facilitate lower costs. There's no way that any assembly line built trailer can be assembled using "cabinet maker" methods and remain cost competitive.

Sorry to hear about all of the other issues, but certainly glad to know that you got the power issue figured out.
