Newbie In North Carolina

We've been tent campers for 25 years, finally took the plunge about a month ago. Bought a Keystone Expandable 171 EXP, great vehicle, mama loves the extra space that we have with the beds on the end, she picked it out. If it's cold we plan on turtling with the sides down. Well, lo and behold my V6 1999 F150 konked out with 245,000 miles, so we have a 2013 Ford F150 Super Crew 5.0 to help us get this thing around. Looking forward to doing a lot of getting out in the woods or beach when we can. We're about 6 months away from retirement, so this will be our home away from home. Thanks for letting us join.....

Welcome, we are in Youngsville and have been enjoying our Camper for the last three years. Nothing builds better memories than taking a camping trip. Even when things go wrong you can count on a memory making moment. As I tell my wife if we keep it parked in the storage lot it will just depreciate or we can take it out and use it and enjoy it. We like to do a lot of boon docking on private land so we take Grand kids and 4 wheelers and play in the mud, I would have never guessed at this stage of our lives we would be out doing some of the things we do. Go and enjoy....
