Who has had their floor replaced at the Keystone Plant?
How long did it take?
What was the outcome - are you happy once your camper came back?

Ours has been at the Pendleton plant now for 12 weeks. It is a very slow process. Two weeks to inspect and order parts. Then 4 weeks for all the parts to arrive. Next wait in line for the ones in front of yours to be completed. Hoping that it will go into the shop as they call it this week. Then it takes two weeks to disassemble replace floor and reassemble. Then after that it needs to be inspected. How long that will be who knows. Good thing I am a patient person but starting to wear thin.
The Indiana plant is quicker I think as most of the parts are there.
