Hey everyone,

I’m looking to swap out the factory audio system DIN head unit in my 2011 Keystone Fuzion with a Bluetooth-compatible model. Before I start, I’d like to get my hands on the wiring schematic for the existing setup.

I need to know the power, ground, speaker wire layout, and any amp connections to ensure a smooth installation. If anyone has a wiring diagram or can point me in the right direction, I’d really appreciate it!

Thanks in advance for any help!

You won't find a wiring schematic for any Keystone RV. Keystone considers that "internal private information" and doesn't release it to the public. What you hopefully can obtain is individual component owner's manuals with installation directions on the components in your sound system. Those manuals will hopefully have a wiring diagram listing the plugs and each connection on the plugs. You should then be able to remove the existing component, look at the plug and decipher where that wire should be connected on the new system component. Around 2019 or so, Keystone did adopt a "wire color chart" to help identify wiring within the trailer, but that wouldn't apply to your unit that was built 10 years prior to that program start.

What's the make & model of the radio? They used Jensen a lot back then so if it is then reach out to ASA Electronics. The website asaelectronics.com/support may have the manual available for downloading.

The new stereo will have its wires labeled. With power, you'll put the yellow and red together since you don't need an accessory power- like turning the key ON in your car. Everything else should be a direct swap from your old unit.

There aren't any wiring diagrams but wiring up a stereo system isn't hard. The power leads will be identified on the existing head as well as the speakers (the wire connectors should show where they are going). Getting a new unit to fit the old cutout will probably be the most difficult without doing a bit of fabrication. Pull the unit if you haven't to see if you have a single or double DIN cutout.

When I worked on the stereo in my Passport, the wires were all labeled on the back of the radio. It really isn't complicated to figure out. Just pull the unit, label the RV wires before you disconnect from the radio, and then connect to the corresponding wires on the new radio.
