Keystone Alpine… turned on the water and it works everywhere except the kitchen sink.

It’s on city supply.

No leaks..

What am I missing.

Start with the strainer on the faucet.
The faucet was full of sawdust. At least I assume it was sawdust. I’m glad it went only to the kitchen sink and nowhere else. Everything else works fine. I did have to pull the aerator’s out, and there was a little bit of sawdust in those.

I couldn’t even get the sink unplugged with 300 psi of air.

My 60Gal upright in my garage shuts off at 140. 200 will about ruin any air tool that I own, regulator is set to 90

It was debris. I assume sawdust?? Whatever... Construction debris. Took the panel off in the under storage and there are 50 or more pex joints. Careless and dirty plumbing. Whatever it was, it was clogged.

I had the same problem in the bathroom; replaced the faucet and it solved the problem. Calcium in the water clogs the small openings in the faucet!

Construction debris (plastic drill shards) commonly are left in the fresh water tank during trailer assembly and they, along with sawdust can migrate to the PEX plumbing runs. Sand, silt and other "stuff" can also be introduced through the city water connection as well as anything that might have been "growing" inside your city water hose or that might have separated from the hose lining. That "stuff" can block the aerator on the galley faucet spout and in really bad cases, block the faucet valves that provide hot and cold water to the mixing valve in the faucet.

I'd start by removing the aerator, clean it with a toothpick or other such "pointy object" and then reassemble and see if that solves your problem. If not, then remove the faucet and take it outside to "reverse flush" the faucet connections to the valves. If that doesn't work, then you may want to use the opportunity to replace the faucet with an "upgraded model" from Lowe's or Home Depot. The fittings will also need adapters if you change it out with one intended for a "S&B kitchen" (Sticks and Bricks).

I suspect you can unscrew the end of the faucet that contains the aerator and take it to the hardware and just replace it or clean it, for that matter. I just got done replacing the kitchen faucet with one from the hardware. Supply line diameter agreeing with the inlets on the faucet were the kicker and the spacing for the inlets as they go through the sink were also needing to be matched.
