Keystone quality???

It now leaves me to question whether the designers have ever lived in their designs for a month?
The irony is that the sales agreements are written now so that if you full-time in most of these rigs, you void the warranty. "They're not designed for that."
My 1999 rig (a marque since eaten by Winnie) had no such limitation. Three of us and a pooch spent a year's trip around the US in it without a second thought, and it treated us very well for 20 years, until we decided to downsize and modernize. My, how the industry had changed. :confused:
 
IIRC the term is “extended stay”. Grand Designs has never put a restriction on living in them.
Winnebago bought GD, so it may have changed.
 
I will have to look through our paperwork but I swear our 2024 Cougar says it is warranted for full time living (I recall that this started around 2018 or 2019). Our insurance policy current only covers us for recreational use but I can adjust that with a quick phone call if/when I get to that point
