RV locks is good, uses a specific key so a regular “pass key” won’t work. The keypad locks the deadbolt.

Downside is if the keypad fails or batteries are dead you have to have the key to get in. Lost the key? As of this date I don’t know of any “master” or pass keys. Even if you did have it the pass key isn’t supposed to unlock the deadbolt.

I have about 6 or 7 different pass keys but the only one I don’t have is the one for the RVlock. This takes the special key:

Keystone alpine has a “Summit” package that includes a keyless replacement but have not been able to find it separately. Video on YouTube. The keyed latch is a lippert LatchXtend. You might call them.

I got the rvlock, also got matching key locks for all the storage doors. So now only one key gets to everything. Keep one in the truck, and online the trailer. If the battery died, I'd get the one from the truck, otherwise I use the one in the trailer to open my storage access, ( and outside shower, etc.)

RV Lock has an anniversary sale going on now through July 11th. 20% off everything plus free shipping.

I just ordered a silicone keypad to replace the original keypad on our RVLock V4 - below is the product with their "Duro" (silicone rubber) keypad - the silicone keypad replacement is $11.00 on sale.
