keeps leaking at pump

yes thats were it looks wet or drips from on old pump and now new pump less then a mouth later Are they just junk pumps

I'm not suggesting that the pump IS your problem, or that the SeaFlo sfdp1-030-045-33 are "junk pumps"... But, that pump is available on Amazon for $46. A typical FloJet RV water pump is $130 and a ShurFlo pump used in an RV is around $140.

So, "doing the math", a pump that's 1/3 the price may not measure up to what's been the standard pumps in the past.....

If you do determine that the pump has failed and it is the pump that's leaking, you might consider a higher quality pump as a replacement

Here are links to the FloJet: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002P33KVQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1

and ShurFlo: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000WTL72...p_csd=d2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9kZXRhaWxfdGhlbWF0aWM

There's certainly something to be said for that – but if two pumps in a row are showing the same leak, one immediately after the other, my inclination is to suspect the leak is actually somewhere in the connector or tubing and it's just running down to the other end of the pump.

Did this issue get fixed if so what was the fix. I have the same issue with pump leaking after hot water heater has been on from sane area of pump. I was also about to replace the pump.

Me too

From your photos, it looks like that is simply the end that points down when it is installed, so the drips will appear there regardless. Try taping or tying a piece of tissue paper around the circumference midway to see if the drips are actually originating instead from the end with the fluid tubes, which is much more likely.

Mine is doing the same thing except mine is clearly leaking around the pressure switch on my old pump and the new one. Did it ever get resolved?

My leak is resolved! For the moment anyway. I drained my water heater and restored the “air cushion” in the water heater tank. No drip or leak since! Fingers crossed.
