Any suggestions for a hitch for on the back of my 2016 outback 316RL?
Will only be used for a cargo rack.
Brand model or link would be appreciated.

I believe the Outback frame is a BAL Huck-bolt frame, which means it is very lightweight construction and cannot safely support the addition of a hitch receiver whether for a cargo carrier or not. I wanted to add one to my 2019 Passport with the same type of lightweight frame and I couldn't find a qualified fabricator who was willing to touch it due to the liability.

One good bump and that 100 lbs. going up, comes down with the force of 500 lbs. or more and will tear the back end of your camper off and leave it in the middle of the road, along with the carrier and everything that was on it. Different models have receivers installed from the factory that were designed and engineered to be there. Even then, I still wouldn't hang anything off the back unless the hitch and frame was seriously beefed up (like another user on here did to his)

Good enough. Appreciate your expert advice.
Thank you

I had wondered this as well. Haven't crawled under to inspect, but if it's not a PU truck like frame, or spanner tube of sufficient weight capacity, mine will go unused for any cargo or bike transport as well. I might put a "decoration" or extra brake or backup light attachment just to close the receiver... but that'd be it.

It's not a bumper but a sewer hose carrier. Mine wont even take a sewer hose. The factory overtightened the spare tire carrier and crushed mine to the point the hose gets stuck.

I just bought a used Keystone and finding things that have worn in the few years it's been used. Went to pull the sewer hose and it was tight. Crawled under and see the bumper has some cracks where it's welded to the frame. Previous owner had a bolt on hitch on the bumper and I'm betting they had a carrier for their cooler and such. Akso has a spare carrier. I removed everything and straightened the bumper. Cracks are small and the bumper straightened back up but I'll weld it when I get a chance. I wouldn't hang anything on the bumper at all. If anyone needs a receiver that clamps on the bumper I've got one.
