Hello all,
We live in our bullet premier full time. We are in northeast ohio and its pretty hold. My question is how do i keep my suppy lines going to the tankless hot water heater from freezing. i have cold water just no hot water. It keeps cycling on saying fd. any help would be great.

FD means it is in freeze protect mode. It will protect the water heater heat exchanger from freezing, but does not protect the plumbing lines in the trailer going to or from the water heater. There is a temp sensor that activates the burner at 38° and turns it off when internal water temp reaches 58°. It will cycle every 10-15 minutes or so as needed.

The water lines are in the enclosed belly of the camper and keeping them from freezing requires running the gas furnace A LOT, and I mean a lot! The furnace thermostat needs to be at least 75° and that may mean that it runs almost constantly, so hopefully you have a very large propane tank setup with delivery, otherwise you will be running through a small propane tank every day or two. Skirting around the camper will help keep the wind out.

But sadly, you are going to be fighting a battle every step of the way since that model is not rated for full time living, nor is it designed, built or rated for winter use, at best it is a three-season camper.
