I have a 2021 Raptor 415 I just picked up last week and when we did our walk thru with camping world everything worked as we were plugged in but we'd soon find out the fridge which is a residential fridge won't work less hooked up or generator running. I check the csw 2012 inverter and had 12v going in but nothing was there so called camping world got the run around when I'd just picked this up the day prior. So I went to state bought a new csw 2012 inverter and installed it which it came to life and the 2 plugs behind my couch work but that's all I got. Fridge plug still doesn't work less plugged in or generator on. Camping world is zero help. Anyone else ran into a situation like this that can point me in the right direction? Thanks

Only so many outlets will be on the inverter line and the rest will be live on shore/generator. You can rewire to make the fridge work but that will lose an inverter outlet someplace else. RV's are an exercise in power management.

Ya im just trying to figure what outlets they run and would think you put an all electric fridge in a trailer it would have a way to run the fridge off grid so your not just paying for a glorified tent

If you picked it up 1 week ago does it not have any warranty? Did you buy it "as is, where id"?

Some large trailers with a residential refrigerator built around that time frame (2019-2021) had two inverters. One was "dedicated to the residential refrigerator" and one was "dedicated to the house inverted plugs". On many of them there were also two battery systems, one for the refrigerator inverter and another battery system for the house inverter....

I'd look around the area for a second inverter. It might be easier to follow the refrigerator plug ROMEX to see where it goes. You may find an inverter that's simply turned off to keep the battery system for it from discharging, or the battery may have been removed, so there's no power to that inverter and that means no power to the refrigerator when shore/generator power is not present.

Follow the ROMEX, you'll probably find your answer and it's likely not to be the inverter you replaced...

The standard refrigerator for that unit is a Norcold PolarMax 18cf gas absorption unit, not a residential. If you have a true residential model, is it possible that someone swapped it with the original? I don't see a residential unit as an option in 2021. But an easy way to tell is to look at the exterior of the slide and whether you have the top and bottom refrigerator vents. If you do, you either have an absorption refrigerator, or someone replaced it with a residential model. If that is the case, it would not have been wired, prepped, or set up to run a residential refrigerator through an inverter.
