@NH Bulldog. I don't disagree. I have replaced the battery every year- thankfully under warranty. I bought it used and it had only one battery so just never questioned it. It is in a case so that takes up more room. I will check it out for sure. Thought Delco just forgot how to make batteries.
@ChuckS- thanks for the tip. I was thinking about going Lithium but wasn't aware of the converter issue. Found the batteries pretty cheap. Is the converter the expensive part?
I will check out your channel. I have much to learn.

I haven't checked into LI batteries and don't really plan to but I would say the batteries are the expensive part. The converter may be just as much as one battery.

LiPo4 battery’s cost varies. There are cheap ones and expensive ones. A lot of the newer converters are either Auto Detect or switchable.

I had the same problem on my 17 Alpine, disconnect the battery for 5 minutes then boot everything back up. Seemed to work for me
