After looking through the 360° on the Keystone website, I think it is a center pushbutton on the light itself.
My Passport had lights like that in the bedroom (no wall switch) although the silver button in the middle made it obvious, on the new style fixtures the center button is flush with the lens and is the same color so it doesn’t jump out at you.
Their likely justification? Since it is a small couples camper as opposed to a larger family bunkhouse model, they “assumed” that the adult occupants could reach the button on the ceiling.
