Awning lights

Hi!! We bought a used 2017 Montana high country HM370BR. We can’t get the awning LED lights to work. We’re guessing maybe there was a remote we don’t have. Is there a way to get a replacement remote? Or if we’re wrong and there’s no remote can someone tell us how to work the lights. Thanks!!

Just FYI, our light switch marked porch was actually wired to a light under the steps.
Id check all the switches if you haven't already to be sure someone didn't get creative with the labeling.

We were told the slides, leveling and awning are not able to be controlled with a remote. The leveling has its own control panel outside in the “basement” and everything else is in a control panel inside. I believe we’ve figured out everything except the awning lights themselves. Thank you for responding!

As you were checking all the switches, did you notice any switch that did not turn on anything? The problem could be in the switch itself or, more likely at the connection of the light strip to the wiring from the trailer.
Are you able to go through some troubleshooting steps?

Nah, just an led strip that runs the along the base of the awning. Makes a good porch light whether the awning is in or extended. Led strip was probably cheaper that a standard fixture the week they built ours

I thought you meant that I had added the lights on the remote.
