A few months ago I posted a question about factory repair work.
(here:

It was quickly (and correctly) pointed out that expecting what I was asking about was like taking your car back to the factory for a fender bender repair. Don't know why I didn't logic that out for myself.|
Anyhoo - - I googled and contacted 4-5 repair shops in the Goshen area and got a uniform "we need to see the rig first and then schedule repairs, which are now x number of months out". The x number of months varied from 3 to 6 or 7.
Then I googled a satellite view of the Goshen area and noticed that right smack dab in the middle of the Keystone complex there was a repair service called Affinity RV Group. I emailed them with a picture of the damage and asked about an appointment to access the work needed, the scheduling, and a ballpark cost. I was given an appointment a week later for that. Later that same day I received an email asking me a few questions - - VIN number, size of door needing replacement, etc.. I did so.
The next morning I received an email with a detailed parts list with cost, detailed labor costs and the message that they could complete the job the same day as the original assessment appointment. Whoa! I agreed to that right away. Then I emailed back asking about adding fresh water tank supports. The answer? No problem. We can do that the same day, too. They also found a 4" tear in the D seal (???) in one of the slides that I wasn't aware of. Replaced it. They also noticed that the living room slide cables were a little loose so they tightened those up, too, while they had it.
Long story, short - - I cannot give Affinity RV Group enough praise. Their entire staff is knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, courteous, and excellent in all ways. The owner of the company was a vice-president at Forest River before he quit and started this business. I mentioned Affinity to the guide when I was on the Keystone Cougar Factory tour (he was the NE US factory rep by the name of John) and he praised them highly and said something about them being the go-to place when Keystone needed off-site work.
My 24RDS now looks like it just came out of the factory door. All of this happened in less than 10 days time. I would give them 10K stars and thumbs up if I could.
