2024 Cougar 23MLE Outdoor Kitchen Door

I need to find a replacement door for the 2024 Cougar 23MLE. After inspecting kitchen it appears when I crossed a very rough railroad crossing in the rain, it damaged to upper bracket and the door came loose. Just need to know who supplies these. Thanks.

Did you have it closed, latched and locked? I have had ours pop open if just latched, so we got in the habit of making sure everything was fully closed, latched and locked to avoid the exact situation you now find yourself in.

Since your unit is so new, I would just go to a dealer and have them order one up from Keystone.

Thanks for reply I'll check with them. I forgot to say in the post that It was locked and latched.

If it was "locked and latched" then there might be an issue with the door mechanism. If so, and you're still in warranty, then the dealership may be able to get approval for a warranty repair... If you're out of the one year warranty, you may still be able to get Keystone to cover it under the 3 year structural warranty. If that fails, the door manufacturer may have a "basic warranty that is longer than 1 year"... Many RV components are covered by the component manufacturer for 2 years under some conditions.... Don't give up just yet, see what your dealer can do for you before shelling out the $300 - 500 for a replacement door.
