For anything related to individual components (like the converter), I like to deal direct with the manufacturer and avoid the middleman. When I worked with WFCO, the turnaround was 10 days from when I shipped them my converter to when I received it back. Otherwise you have to wait for Keystone, then you have to wait for a dealer, then you have to wait for WFCO.
If you buy a new one out of pocket and expect reimbursement, you might never see that money again. What you pay retail is a lot more than what Keystone or WFCO pays wholesale and they are unlikely to reimburse you in full.
