Puchased a leftover 2022 in May 2023. Took it in for warranty work April 2024, 9 items. I subsequently received confirmation from CW that Keystone approved all the repairs including the peeling cabinets in the kitchen, living area, bathroom and bedroom. All Cabinet doors are fine, just the faces are bubbling up in the middle and peeling top, bottom, left and right edges on EVERY Cabinet face.
Fast forward 45 days, 7 of the 9 items completed, excellent!! But then, got a weird call from CW today. The story goes something like this: the tech that originally said the cabinets peeling was not water damage but bad glue no longer works there. The new Technician who started on that job claims there must have been water damage (on every cabinet face, floor to ceiling, tip to tail) and now they need to resubmit the Peeling Cabinet claim back to Keystone for parts and approval. AND... sorry, but they already started ripping off all the peeling paper so the trailer looks like a mess. All other work completed. Not sure where this will go, but this is not looking good for CW or Keystone at the moment. But who knows, maybe I am worried over nothing and Keystone does the right thing.
My question, has anyone been through this (within the warranty period, as I am) with Keystone and had a successful outcome?
