I had a couple questions. We have a 21 carbon 358, on our monitor panel it says black 1&2 and grey 1&2 . According to the research I’ve done , it’s only got a single 44 gallon grey water and a 82 gallon black tank. It does have the second bathroom in the back . I was under the assumption the front and rear bathrooms go to the one tank. Can any one shed some knowledge on this.? TIA. My second question is has any one ran an outside second gauge for the fuel tank?

There is only one by the generator.

Count the "dump valve handles" on the side of your trailer. You should have four, one for each tank.

There WILL be a black tank under each toilet. Why? There's simply NO WAY to slope the plumbing runs to move solid waste under a travel trailer. Each toile WILL have its own black tank. So your trailer will have two "black tank dump valves", one in front and one in the rear.

I'd suspect that since your "rear bathroom" does not have a shower/tub, the vanity sink PROBABLY drains into the black tank. So you probably won't find a gray tank dump valve on the rear of your trailer.

Up front, you will have three valves. One for the galley gray tank, one for the bathroom gray tank and one for the front toilet.

As for tank size, I'd suspect that both black tanks and both gray tanks have a 41 gallon capacity. Total capacity of all tanks as listed in the Carbon brochure are: Fresh water: 94, Gray water 82 and Waste water 82. That's one fresh water tank and two 41 gallon gray with two 41 gallon black tanks. Total of 4 dump valve handles on the trailer road side and one "fresh water drain" which may be a valve pull or a "quarter turn twist valve" located on the actual tank drain under the trailer. If you have problems locating all the valves, look at the side of your trailer and just above the "rub rail" (plastic divider strip that runs the entire length of the trailer) you should find some "SMALL" (and I mean 3/8" letters) decals just above the rub rail to show the approximate dump valve handle location if they are not located in the convenience center.

Here's the specs for the 2021 Carbon line:

We own a 2022 Keystone Fuzion. All literature available says 2 greys, and 1 black tank. It absolutely has 2 of each. The back bathroom toilet and sink both drain into the rear black tank, and seems to fill it quickly even with lite use. Our In-Command digital panel shows 2 Grey's, 2 blacks and 2 fuels, and 1 fresh tank. Black tank 2 (rear) has never worked and we've been fighting Camping World for six months to make it work, and they can't figure it out. Our 2 fuel tank gauges do work, but the fuel station tank gauge has always been inaccurate at best.

We have a 2020 Carbon 348 and the galley tank drain is in front of the first axle. There is a factory sticker below the one I installed. I never noticed in 4.5 year's until my dw said the kitchen sink was backing up. The dealer never pointed it out either. I thought it drained with the bath water. Your second black tank and control likely further aft. Control handles are on the frame rail.
