Hey yall, I am settling into my used 2018 Hideout 242LHS and have noticed that my holding tank control panel isn't reading properly or consistently. After emptying my tanks, it very rarely will actually read as empty on the panel. It will go between 2/3 and full pretty sporadically. Is there some way to calibrate the control panel upon emptying tanks or could there be another issue here?

Welcome to the forum :wlcm:

Your sensors are dirty, or you have debris (most likely toilet paper stuck on the side of the tank. There are numerous methods to clean waste tanks, some work some don’t. Others will tell you to ignore them and learn when the tank is full.

I would try a good tissue digester and sensor cleaner. Double dose and leave them in for a few days, Agitation helps.

A digester in liquid form. Fill black tank with water add liquid digester in amounts recommended and add a splash. Let it sit 5 - 7 days then empty. This takes patience.
