Wink New Member trading up

Hi, just purchased a 2010 Cougar 318SAB. Upgraded from 2002 Lance 821 Truck Camper. The Lance is a great home when bopping around the country at a couple hundred miles a day. As new grandparents, we needed something roomier to stay near our children for several months in one location, hence the Cougar 5th Wheel.

Bought one a couple of years old to let some of the manufacturing chemicals air our. My wife gets migraines from formaldehyde, and we wanted something manufactured after the industry construction standards upgrade, but still something that had a bit of time to gas out.

Have a 2008 Chev 2500 HD Turbodeisel, which handled the Lance easily plus pulls my various boats.

Look forward to learning from the group wisdom.

Congrats! We have the same model! Love the camper! Grew up camping with parents in a truck camper! We had a lot of fun!
