Hello from Michigan
Hello all, we have been lurking on the site for a while without posting. Decided to post today and say hello. We are in our second season with the Summerland and loving it so far. We moved up from an '07 Fleetwood Utah and haven't looked back.

I lurked for quite awhile before deciding to say hello myself. Funny when I ask questions I think of doing it for all those that won't post but need info. I like this forum because they really don't mind saying things over and over and pointing the way for you to read. The search on here can be a bit daunting.

True. The forum search feature, at first, can appear daunting but after you get the hang of it, it will become easier to use and can give quick access to the information you are looking for. If you can enter the right key/search word or words, that will go a long way to make it less daunting.
The more you use it, the easier it gets. It does take some time and effort but may save you from asking the same question(s) that others have asked before.
Be patient. Don't give up on the search feature yet!

I'm not. I practice!! I type things into google search a little different so I try it here too. Correct spelling really helps.

Yeah, but, if you use the search feature instead of posting a question, you won't learn how to make salad dressing in your black tank!!!

Don't be so quick to make fun of the forum's search feature. If you type in "salad dressing", you will get not one, not two, but 3 hits! And just to show you how effective and efficient our search feature really is........ type in "olive oil".
If you do this, you will soon see that our forum and all its features is not merely limited to RV issues. Learn to use it. If you use your imagination, it opens up a whole new world. We're on the cutting edge here.

Hi Bad Boy. We love the state parks here in Michigan. We actually live about 15 minutes from Holland State Park. Even though it is close to home it is one of our favorites. Like being at a beach resort. Enjoy!
