New Sprinter 311BHS on the way
Hi all. Jayco convert here. Leaving a 26BH for the 311bhs. Really liked the jayco until on the very last day of the warranty the factory foam tape around a window let loose and the rain came in. dealer repaired under warranty after a lot of complaining. bad experience so wife said no more jayco. all repairs were professional and could not even tell it. i am a little concerned about all the negative feedback about Keystone but you have that with everything i guess. we have 4 boys so the extra room will be really nice. three week trip to yellowstone this summer should break it in good. hoping the dodge 2500 big ram with diesel pulls it ok. cant wait to pick it up

Welcome to the forum and congratulations on your new purchase. You are right in saying that almost all RV's coming off an assembly line, will probably have some kind of problems at one time or another. Keystone is no exception. Not long ago, we did take a poll of our members asking them if they would buy another Keystone. If the results are any indication of their level of satisfaction , you should take comfort in knowing that slightly over 90% said "Yes".
Hopefully, any problems that you might have will all be small ones and that you will enjoy your Keystone.

We just got our 311 in February, have been out 3 times already for weekends with no issues other than the door locks are stiff. Lubed them up with dry lube and no problems now. Have fun.

Congrats on the new trailer. i bought a 2012 sprinter 311 bhs last year and we love it. my 3yo loves having a room to himself. and he has room for all his toys and for future friends to join him. the only problem we had was the inside fridge stopped working after 12hours, but the dealer ordered and replaced a new one. so now all is good. looking for a great year of camping. and i hope you enjoy your new sprinter!!

Congrats on your new Sprinter from another Sprinter owner. We hope you enjoy yours as much as we enjoy ours. We are heading for Yellowstone towards the end of May.
