What is a good tire for my 315RLS 5th wheel Cougar. First time buying tires for this rig.

What year is the trailer, you don't state? Also what size are the OE tires?

Which is the best tire depends some on the size of the tires on your camper. The best 15" tire includes a couple of favorite brands and the 16" has a couple other brands. Not all special trailer tires are made in every size. I have 15" rims on my little Cougar and Good Year Endurance and Carlisle Radial HD seem to be the favorites. The 16" folks will chime in here as well. Sadly, everyone who owns a tire will likely tell you there choice is best. It ain't so, obviously as different folks buy different brands.

I'd be looking at Carlisle. Check if they are making the new all steel model in your size.
Walmart.com price will be hard to beat.
