A/C and Refigerator lost power

I have a 2008 25' Keystone Sprinter bumper pull on my deer lease. Last weekend I lost power to my A/C and Refrigerator as well as to my 12V lights. My 110V plugs inside all still have power. Have checked all breakers and they appear to be on. Just trying to figure out what's going on and how to fix it or what to look for. Any ideas?

At first guess, dead battery AC and fridge need 12v to start

If you have checked and KNOW that all AC power (120VAC) is good, then you obviously have a 12VDC power issue. The 12VDC is required for the A/C thermostat to work, the Fridge to work, and for the overhead lights to work. You may or may not have a section in the breaker panel that has the 12VDC fuses in it, so that is what you need to find....whether they are in there, or located in a different spot. Then you will have to figure out if one or more of those fuses have blown....and WHY it/they blew. And like Javi stated, make 1005 sure that you have 12VDC coming to the fuse panel. The battery &/or converter have died!
All the lights are 12 volt along with the control power to the fridge & water heater. The A/C is 120 volt but the thermostat is battery powered.
I'd start with the batteries. You can remove them & take to your local auto parts store where they can load test them. If they're good before connecting them use your volt meter on the cabkes to check the converter output.

As mentioned, it's probably the battery. Did you leave it plugged in for a long time? Converters are notorious for slightly overcharging batteries and drying up the water in them. Check the battery water level. Yes, even "maintenance free" batteries can and should be checked.
