Just bought a used 299BHSS

We just picked up a 2008 299BHSS that we purchased from a private owner. We previously had an older 1994 Sunline T-2770 which we loved but it was getting a little tight inside when our two kids brought their two friends and one of our dogs.
We looked at a ton of trailers for about a week. Comming from having a Sunline and being familiar with the newer models, we were probably a little more picky than we should have been. This Keystone really stood out above the rest we had viewed in it's price range however. We absolutely love the double bunk room, large slide out and large dinette.
Our tow vehicle is a 2003 Ram 3500 Quad cab longbed DRW 4x4 but with the base engine (hemi 5.7) and 4.10:1 rear axle. It had absolutely no problems with our low slung 28' sunline but this beast really lets you know it's back there. This trailer is about the largest I am going to want to pull before moving to a deisel. This Keystone sure sits high! It pulls with no stability problems though and the living space and confort is worth every pound.
