Well, not exactly. The member purchased, in June of this year, a new Keystone 5th, which had some unspecified problems. I am assuming that the problems were not dealt with by Keystone to her satisfaction or perhaps the problems were extensive -- who knows? According to her profile, she (they) now has a Jayco Eagle. There was never any statement by her that she attempted to get Keystone to do warranty work on her Jayco. You can read the original post at the beginning of this thread.
Strange how a single post from someone who we will probably never hear from again can generate so much interest.
