Sprinter 323 BHS main slideout wear bar thickness

Hello I am having the issue of my slide jumping while putting it in and out , I have seen the video of adding the lipperts rollers to fix this problem but I am not sure of the thickness of the wear bar to order the right size rollers . Plus the only roller that I have found that has the L shape mounting bracket is the lippert J36 which only comes in one measurement size and resemble the ones in the video that shows the fix. Any help would be great , I have tried to contact Keystone directly but no answers there. ( sorry i have a 2014 sprinter 323 BHS ) THANKS IN ADVANCE. Dan

Pull the slide in about a foot and you can see the wear bar to measure it (hopefully). Contact Lippert and they can give you the proper rollers.

I have a Sprinter 298WRLS with same problem

I have a Sprinter 298WRLS with the same problem. Were you able to find the rollers or did you give up trying and go another route?

If you found them, could you please share how/where? I am only finding J-36 with an L bracket and it is to tall.

Thanks,
