If you REALLY want a pickup
If you are into bragging rights here is the TV for you.
Not sure how you would hitch a 5'er but trailer tow would be OK.

Wait a sec while I install my 18" spacers to gain the clearance on my 5er. I'll install the Mor/Ryde escalator later.

I almost bought a 650 hauler with a much lower stance with at Cat and would have easily hauled the 5th wheel but....insurance company would only cover while I was pulling the 5 or actually camping and using it to get supplies and whatever
So I gotta 450 instead!

From 01 to 04 Ford had an option for the F 650 called the SuperCrewzer Low profile for towing applications with a Cat/Allison combo
https://www.conceptcarz.com/view/pho...zer_photo.aspx
I could get along with this

Truck has hydraulic brakes and lower gvw , so class A or class 1 here in Canada is not required. However, Towing a trailer over 10,000 lb requires special license .
