Refrigerator Vent

I have a 2005 Keystone travel trailer and the Refrigerator roof vent broke off and the screws have also broken, is there a way to put a new vent cover only or do I have to replace the base and cover??? Thanks

Refrigerator Vent

Vent tops can be had at most RV parts stores, or on line. There are two different lengths so you might want to measure first.

And Welcome to the forum!!

If they broke off below the surface, then your going to have to replace everything. You can get the complete assembly and installation is easy and straight forward.

Peel the old sealant off, remove the mounting screws. Lift old base off and install new one. Apply new sealant. Dicor self leveling, and if you find putty tape under the old base replace it too.

The entire process shouldn’t take more than a couple hours. Parts aren’t that expensive.
