In my opinion with that small 1/4" tubing at minimum 4' long in the 10- 15 seconds it took to make that turn the pressure change from 1 bag to the other would never be noticed by you. Even if it was noticeable, how much more/less would it lean in that same turn without the air bags & what difference does it make if it does lean a bit. If it leans so much that anyone would be concerned then probably too much trailer with not enough truck. This is just one If those "what if" that there is no good answer to & why would anyone lose a seconds sleep over it. Just my .02 cents, again.

If you have two bags hooked to one fill can the air pressure transfer from the outside bag to the inside bag while going around a curve?

Well common sense tells me that yes as one bag unloads and the other bag loads there would be a minimal amount of air transfer between the two if you have a single line fill valve and used with a T. With a single line setup they are designed to be equal pressure for the most part.

Yes but when you hit that pothole it happens so fast that you'd never notice a change. Now if you stopped with one tire in that pothole then the bags would have time to adjust but because the lines are the size they are the amount of air moving between the bags again is going to be minimal.

Air ride on big trucks (read Kenworth, Mack,Peterbilt) usually have a seperate pressure regulator on each bag. I am curious to see how the Air ride system from the factory is set up on the new RAM trucks.

My Son has a GMC 3500 duelly with air bags and compressor and he has more pressure on one side. He carries black pipe in racks on that side. He says he would not be without being able to pressurize differently.
