Welcome to the forum. You are not alone "Up North" we have many members in Canada. Let us know when you get the new trailer. Be sure to do a complete PDI (inspection) before signing the final papers and have the dealer fix anything that is not up to your standards. If you do a forum search for PDI you will find that one of our members has a download-able file on his web page with excellent guidelines for this inspection. Good luck with your new trailer, Hank
