Does anyone have the engineering code for the in command system

If you mean the default code for the remote, it might be 0000

When I picked up the TT from the dealer, the code was set to 0000 as chuckster57 stated.

0000 is the user code. There is another code to access the engineering menu

I don't understand what you mean by engineering menu. Are you talking about the code on the remote to change functions of the buttons?

In the "setup" tab there are two additional passwords required. "Engineering" and "admin"
In order to access deeper into the software.
These are not supplied to owners most likely to keep from having programming issues.

The Engineering Passcode is: 5391
Be careful if you're updating the firmware. You need to ensure you have the right SW for your system (yes ASA now makes two different in-command systems) and the update needs to occur in a particular order.

I haven't found the admin password anywhere. Not sure what things can be changed with that.
The engineering password is 5391 which is required to update the firmware of the BCM & DC and the application software of the DC.

I don't know what is in the admin menu either; but I would like to know. Once in the engineering menu (5391 works) "admin" is a submenu that requires an "admin" passcode.

why?
Does anyone know *why* Keystone and Jensen would withold/hide the engineer and admin passcodes from their customers, but then have instructions and firmware on their 'support' page with directions to update the firmware...which requires at least an engineer passcode?
I'm guessing it's to 'protect' customers by forcing us to drag our trailers to a dealer, to perform what appears to be a pretty simple task but that does not really hold water if they make the code and instructions publicly accessible without the passcode needed *to* apply them.
Just curious if there was any logic on the part of ASA/Jensen or Keystone.
Our dealer (Camping World) actually told us 'Keystone does not have that info'. Seriously? They build the product, using this component, but 'don't have' the code needed to implement it?

Welcome to the forum!!
You'll find that Keystone and other manufacturers just INSTALL various systems and components in the units they build. The "technical" information is either in the owners manual for that component or on-line at the COMPONENT" web site. For example, Keystone uses LCI's autolevel systrms but you won't find the information on "zero reset" in any Keystone literature.
With the number of different systems and build options, I have yet to see any manufacturer produce a manual specific to any particular unit with certain options installed.

Thanks. I know that, and have become familiar with Lippert, and their many subsidiaries while researching all the components in our unit. But ASA/Jensen *does* provide specific firmware and instructions here:

Everything *but* the codes needed to actually accomplish anything. Wondering why.

I don't either. Which is why i did not use the word conspiracy. I just asked a question thinking that someone on this forum with more experience might know. I'd still be curious if anyone here does.
