Duallyvalve stem extensions for aluminum wheels?

I must be making this harder than it is.

Already bought 1 set that doesn't fit (Wheel Masters #8009), they were for steel wheels.

Found another (Phoenix P-AML1) that requires a decent amount of cutting/mods on my center hub cover for clearance.

Anyone know of a bolt on and go set?

Good luck, I tried multiple different setups, finally just gave up and stayed with the standard valve stem.

It's there now, I'm not sure what happened. I was on my phone the first time using tap a talk, and it's showing there too. I don't have any advise for extenders, my truck is a '94 with steel rims.
