2012 Keystone Bullet Premier Ultra Lite 31BHPR - $21495

We are selling our camper, because sadly with our kids competitive sports schedules we can't use it more than a few times a year.

It can sleep up to 10 people, with a queen bed in a private curtained-off area, and four twin beds in the rear consisting of bunk beds and a trundle bed. Sofa converts to a queen bed and the eating area converts to a double bed.

There are two pull outs, one opens the living space up, which in addition to the curved ceiling gives the inside a very spacious feel. The rear pullout opens up to create a separate area in the back with the bunk beds; the top bunk can also be folded away to maximize space.

There are two 32" TVs, one connected to a DVD player ,which can be viewed from either the main queen bed or turned to be viewed in the main living area. The second TV is in the rear, but can also be rotated to be viewed from outside the camper.

Standard features include air conditioner, ducted residential heat ducts, fridge with freezer on top (which can be run on electricity or propane), 3 burner propane stove with oven and water heater (which can run on propane or electricity). This unit also has the upgraded thermal package to extend your camping season; this includes a 30K BTU furnace to warm the underbelly of the camper to prevent pipes freezing. An outside kitchen takes living outdoors to a new level; the outdoor kitchen consists of a two burner propane stove, sink, and small fridge.

The full bathroom consists of a toilet, basin (with overhead medicine cabinet and under-sink storage), shower, and full tub. An outside shower provides a quick spray down to stop dirt being traipsed indoors.

This home-away-from-home has more than adequate storage, making long trips a pleasure. Next to the queen bed are bedside tables with small closets, and further storage is located above the bed. The sitting/dining area has plenty of overhead storage in addition to the under-seat storage. The kitchen has a pantry and under and above sink storage, and the outside kitchen has it's own cabinets and drawers. A closet and separate "compartments" provides plenty of storage space for rear sleeping area. One of the side tables opens to a laundry chute in the large under-camper storage area.

We have upgraded the batteries to two deep cycle marine batteries which are removed from the camper and float charged during winter to keep in peak operating condition. 41 Gallon fresh water tank, 30 Gallon waste water tank and 30 gallon grey water tank.
