New members from Houston, Tx

Hi All!

We are Joseph and Kathy Austin from Houston, TX. Currently have a 2000 24' Sprinter which is in excellent condition. Thinking about leaving the S&S and living in the camper FT in an RV park. Did the math and it will save us almost as much as we're paying now in rent! Scary, but exciting too!

We started off like alot of others in a tent, went up to 3 different pop-ups, 2 of which we gutted and renovated, then to a vintage Shasta trailer and now this one.

We camp alot at state parks within a couple hours from here and love every minute of it. Plans are in a few years when DH retires to hit the road. So, the 24'er will do for now, but we'll save up to get maybe a 31'er. Want to travel the country while we still can.
