Exclamation Both Slide Outs Not Working In 2013 Sprinter

Any help or experience here? Both slide outs are stuck in the out position on our 2013 Sprinter 320BHS that we bought in September. We are seasonal, and the slides have been out since April. Nothing is obstructing them. Very faint motor noise when slide out button is pressed on control board, but no movement. Hoping it is something simple as we have had WAYYYYYY too many issues with this trailer.
Thanks!

First thing I'd check is the battery. Since you said you've been parked and hooked up for a good while, the battery may have cooked off or shorted out and unlike the lights the slides need a fully charged battery to work.

Javi- you're my hero! That was it! Just had to turn the red knob attached to the battery on/off and it reset. Thank you so much!

I am Happy that was a simple fix, I am sure not happier than you are lol....
If you care too, please tell us some of the issue you had with this trailer. I looked long and hard at it and ultimately went with its cousin the laredo for weight reasons.

Wellllll.... We've definitely had way too many issues for a brand new camper. And they keep happening. You can follow my original thread here http://www.keystonerv.org/forums/showthread.php?t=15962
there is an update on page 3.

The last post you made to that thread is dated May 8, 2014. Did you forget the update that you reference is there?

That May post was the update, but I have more updates and issues, so I'll post another update. It never ends....
