Verizon Jetpack-Dead...

My Jetpack would not power up.
Put on charger and it did nothing.
Dead....
Nothing on the screen.

Took it to Verizon store.
They pulled the battery out for about 10 seconds, replaced.
Jetpack, fired right up.
I guess pulling out the battery is a reset or reboot.

Hope this can be helpful if anyone ever has the same problem.
Pat

Thanks Pat, I don't use mine that often so there is a good possibility I may run into the same problem. Good to know, Hank
